January 2026 - 'Get it On' Campaign Terms and Conditions
1. Promoter
1.1 The promoter of this promotion is HSS ProService Limited, Building Two, Think Park, Manchester, M17 1FQ (the “Promoter”).
2. Promotion Period and Offers
2.1 This promotion consists of three separate offers (together, the “Offers” and each an “Offer”):
a) a £20 Amazon voucher (the “Voucher”);
b) a 15% discount code for use on a qualifying order (the “Discount Code”); and
c) a free standard delivery code for use on a qualifying order (the “Delivery Code”).
2.2 The message sent to the Eligible Customer (as defined below) (the “Message”) specifies which Offer applies. An Eligible Customer may receive one or more of the Offers.
2.3 Each Offer is subject to these terms and conditions (the “Terms”).
2.4 The promotion opens at 00:01 on 5 January 2026. The Offers close on the following dates:
a) the Voucher Offer closes at 23:59 on 31 January 2026. Orders placed after this date will not qualify for the Voucher.
b) the Discount Code Offer closes at 23:59, on the date three calendar months, after the date on which the Discount Code was issued. The Discount Code cannot be redeemed against orders placed after this date; and
c) the Delivery Code Offer closes at 23:59, on the date three calendar months, after the date on which the Delivery Code was issued. The Delivery Code cannot be redeemed against orders placed after this date.
2.5 The period from the promotion opening date and the relevant closing date for each Offer is the “Promotion Period”.
3. How to redeem the Offers
3.1 Voucher: The Promoter shall issue the Voucher by email within 10 working days of the hire start date of the qualifying order, provided the eligibility criteria in these Terms are satisfied. The hire start date is the date on which the equipment set out in the qualifying order is delivered to, or collected by, the Eligible Customer.
3.2 Discount Code: The Discount Code will apply automatically when the Eligible Customer is logged into an eligible account and enters the code stated in the Message at basket or checkout during the Promotion Period.
3.3 Delivery Code:
a) If the Eligible Customer places a qualifying order via HSS ProService Marketplace platform, the Delivery Code, will apply automatically when the Eligible Customer is logged into an eligible account and enters the code stated in the Message at basket or checkout during the Promotion Period.
b) If the Eligible Customer places a qualifying order by telephone, the Delivery Code will be applied when the Eligible Customer quotes the code stated in the Message to their Account Manager during the Promotion Period.
4. Exclusions and Restrictions
4.1 Voucher:
a) The Voucher shall be valid for ten (10) years from the date of issue, subject to Amazon’s own terms and conditions and redemption rules.
b) One Voucher per Eligible Customer.
c) The Promoter is not responsible for Amazon’s systems, redemption processes, or any changes Amazon makes to its terms and conditions.
d) If a Voucher is issued in error or obtained through misuse, the Promoter may void it and/or require repayment of its value.
e) Amazon is not a sponsor of, nor affiliated with, the Promotion.
4.2 Discount Code:
a) One use of the Discount Code per Eligible Customer.
b) The Discount Code applies to the price of eligible hire equipment only and excludes delivery and collection charges and any items excluded in the Message or on the checkout page.
c) The Discount Code may only be redeemed on qualifying orders placed on the HSS ProService Marketplace platform.
4.3 Delivery Code:
a) One use of the Delivery Code per Eligible Customer.
b) The Delivery Code is valid only for standard deliveries of qualifying orders on the UK mainland.
c) The Delivery Code cannot be redeemed against deliveries of powered access equipment, heavy machinery, fuel, building materials and/or specialist equipment.
4.4 All Offers:
a) The Offers are non-transferable, non-exchangeable and cannot be redeemed for cash or any alternative.
b) The Promoter accepts no responsibility for lost, stolen, misused or expired Vouchers, Discount Codes or Delivery Codes.
c) Unless the Message states otherwise, one Offer per Eligible Customer.
d) The Offers do not apply to and may not be used in connection with orders:
i) for equipment sales;
ii) for building materials;
iii) for fuel;
iv) for transport (except for the Delivery Code); or
v) completed via hss.com.
f) The Offers may not be used in conjunction with any other offer, voucher, promotion or discount unless expressly stated by the Promoter.
g) The Offers cannot be exchanged for cash (no cash alternative).
5. Returns, refunds and cancellations
5.1 The Offers are conditional on the qualifying order being completed and the hire equipment being retained in accordance with these Terms.
5.2 If an order placed that would have qualified for the Voucher is returned (in whole or in part), the Promoter may cancel any pending voucher issuance linked to that order.
5.3 If an order placed using the Discount Code or Delivery Code is returned (in whole or part), the Promoter may:
a) deduct the discount received from the refund; and/or
b) charge the standard delivery fee that would otherwise have applied.
7. Eligibility
7.1 The Offers are available only to customers who receive them directly from the Promoter via email (an “Eligible Customer”).
7.2 The Promotion is open only to residents of the United Kingdom aged 18 years or over.
7.3 Employees of the Promoter, its subsidiaries, agents or anyone professionally connected with the Promotion are not eligible to participate.
7.4 The Promoter reserves the right to require proof of eligibility and to disqualify any participant who fails to provide such proof upon request.
8. Availability and errors
8.1 The Promoter will make reasonable efforts to administer the Promotion properly.
8.2 The Promoter may refuse redemption or withhold issuance where it reasonably believes there has been fraud, abuse, attempted circumvention, or breach of these Terms.
8.3 If the Voucher, Discount Code or Delivery Code is mispriced, corrupted, not functioning due to a technical error, or applied outside the intended eligibility criteria, the Promoter may cancel or disable it and (where appropriate) reissue a replacement to affected Eligible Customers.
9. General
9.1 The Promoter intends to run the Promotion as advertised, but reserves the right to cancel, withdraw, suspend or amend the Promotion, or any individual Offer, at any time and at its sole discretion, without prior notice.
9.2 By participating in an Offer, the Eligible Customer agrees to be bound by these Terms.
9.3 The Promoter reserves the right to refuse, cancel or recover any Offer where it reasonably believes there has been fraud, misuse, attempted circumvention or breach of these Terms.
9.4 The Promoter accepts no responsibility for vouchers or codes not received or not redeemed due to technical failures, system errors or issues beyond its reasonable control.
9.5 Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any liability that cannot be excluded by law.
9.6 Subject to paragraph 9.5, the Promoter is not liable for:
a) loss of profit (direct or indirect); loss of revenue, loss of production or loss of business (in each case whether direct or indirect); loss of goodwill, loss of reputation, loss of opportunity and/or loss of operation (in each case whether direct or indirect); loss of anticipated saving or loss of margin (in each case whether direct or indirect); liability of the Eligible Customer to third parties (whether direct or indirect);
b) indirect or consequential losses; and/or
c) losses arising from events outside the Promoter’s reasonable control, including third-party platform failures (including Amazon).
10. Data Protection
10.1 Personal data supplied by the Eligible Customers will be processed for the purposes of administering the Promotion, verifying eligibility, preventing fraud and fulfilling the Offers.
10.2 Personal data may be shared with third parties where necessary for the purposes set out in paragraph 10.1.
10.3 Eligible Customers can object to direct marketing at any time using the unsubscribe/opt-out mechanism in the Message.

11. Governing Law
11.1 These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.
11.2 The courts of England and Wales shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
