Steve Gaskell (Group Strategy Director)

Steve Gaskell is Group Strategy Director at HSS ProService Marketplace, where he leads the development and execution of the company’s long-term strategy, with a focus on growth, profitability, and customer loyalty.

With over 20 years in HSS ProService, Steve has held a number of senior leadership roles, including Group Commercial Director and Managing Director of HSS OneCall, alongside earlier positions in logistics, business development, and commercial management. He brings extensive experience in business strategy, change management, and commercial development, with additional expertise in supply chain, process improvement, and contract negotiation. Steve is known for combining strategic insight with practical delivery to drive measurable business impact. Steve is currently studying for a post-graduate qualification in Artificial Intelligence For Business at the Said Business School at Oxford University.

Steve enjoys keeping active and focused through his love of sport, in particular golf, football, running and cycling. As a dad to three, Steve spends most of his weekends ushering his kids off their devices and onto the sportsfield. When that fails, he potters around the garden.
