Tom Shorten (CEO)

Tom Shorten joined us in 2017 as Group CCO before becoming the CEO of HSS ProService Marketplace in 2024, leading the business through a period of significant growth and innovation. He has overseen the development and launch of the company’s award-winning digital marketplace, which went public in 2024 and was named Tech Company of the Year – Large at the UK Business Tech Awards.

Tom brings deep experience in marketplace leadership, digital transformation, and scaling technology-enabled businesses. His leadership approach is centred on clarity of purpose, strong alignment between strategy and execution, and open communication across the organisation.

By combining innovation with close collaboration with customers and partners, Tom continues to shape a platform focused on long-term value creation and industry leadership.
