Matt Adams (Group MD)

Matt Adams has been with HSS ProService Marketplace for nearly nine years and has led the company’s sustainability strategy since 2021. In his role as Group Managing Director, he focuses on assurance, risk, special projects, operational performance and embedding sustainability into the business model.

Previously, Matt served as Managing Director of All Seasons Hire and has completed advanced professional development with global organisations including GE, Johnson Controls, Ingersoll Rand & American Standard. He holds a number of personal certifications including Six Sigma Black Belt and Lean Six Sigma. Matt brings a strong blend of commercial leadership, discipline and operational excellence, with experience spanning process improvement, mechanical technical leadership and sustainable business practices.

Outside of work, Matt contributes to education and community leadership as a governor for a group of local schools and other charitable roles. Away from the day job, Matt has two teenage sons and enjoys restoring and owning a number of classic cars and motorcycles.
