Mark Winfield (HSS Training CEO)

Mark Winfield has led HSS Training for over 16 years and was appointed Chief Executive Officer in 2025. Under his leadership, HSS Training has become the UK market leader in health, safety, and technical training.

Previously serving as Managing Director from 2008 to 2025, Mark oversaw sustained growth, digital transformation, and operational consolidation. He has played a central role in shaping long-term strategy and embedding a culture of accountability and performance. Mark holds an MBA from Warwick Business School and brings deep expertise in strategic management and business transformation. He is also a strong advocate for lifelong learning and community engagement.
