Kayleigh Wright (HR Director)

Kayleigh Wright has been part of HSS ProService Marketplace for nearly 12 years and was appointed HR Director in 2023. She leads the company’s people strategy, ensuring culture, talent development, and employee engagement support sustainable business growth.

Kayleigh progressed through a series of HR leadership roles at HSS, including HR Business Partner and Head of HR – Central Services. Her earlier career in retail and customer service provides strong operational insight alongside strategic HR expertise. She is experienced in recruitment, performance management, learning and development, and organisational change. Kayleigh is a strong advocate for diversity and inclusion and actively supports initiatives focused on accelerating female development and progression across the business.

Kayleigh is a proud mother of one and a committed fitness enthusiast, enjoying any opportunity to stay active and challenge herself. She also loves country music, which provides the perfect soundtrack for unwinding and switching off in her downtime.
