Daniel Joll (Group General Counsel & Company Secretary)

Daniel Joll has served as Group General Counsel & Company Secretary since 2015. He leads all legal, governance, and compliance functions and acts as a key adviser to the PLC Board, shareholders and executive leadership.

With more than 25 years’ experience in corporate law and governance, Daniel brings extensive PLC Board and committee experience across fully listed and AIM companies. Prior to joining HSS, he held senior legal roles at Sky and in City law firms. Daniel is recognised for providing pragmatic, commercially focused legal advice that supports growth and strong governance.

As a keen rugby enthusiast and a dad of two, any spare time he spends following the game and staying connected to the sport he loves. Family time is important to him, and rugby often provides the perfect balance of competition and downtime outside of work.
