Dani Hodges (CCO)

Dani Hodges joined HSS ProService Marketplace over 11 years ago and was appointed Chief Commercial Officer in 2023. She leads the company’s commercial strategy, driving revenue growth, customer partnerships, and long-term value creation.

Prior to her appointment as CCO, Dani spent six years as Director of OneCall, leading client operations and commercial delivery. She has also held senior roles including Head of Operational Finance, Group Commercial Manager, and PMO Manager. Earlier in her career, Dani ran her own business and held senior sales and project roles with organisations including Radisson Edwardian and Manchester United FC. She brings a broad perspective across finance, sales, and operations, with a collaborative, people-focused leadership style.

As a mum of one, Dani spends any spare time she can on the padel court, making the most of moments to stay active and unwind. She’s drawn to the sport for its fast pace and challenge, which reflects her love of pushing herself, trying new things and always taking on what comes next.
