Ernst Kastner (Non-Executive Director)

Ernst Kastner was appointed as a non-executive Director in January 2025.

Ernst has been a Board observer on behalf of HSS’s second largest shareholder since 2020 and now steps up into a non-executive Director role. Ernst has other business interests, including being a Director of Centurion Electronics Ltd and Centurion Automotive Ltd.
