Daniel Joll (Group General Counsel & Company Secretary)

Daniel Joll joined the Group as Group General Counsel in June 2015, also taking on the role of Company Secretary shortly thereafter.

Daniel has been practising law for over 20 years, having been in private practice as a corporate lawyer with City law firms, then moving in-house with Sky plc before joining HSS.

Daniel works closely with the Board and all Committees of the Board, the senior management team and all levels within the business.
