verify your company and determine the initial credit limit we can
offer.

- Trading address
- Accounts payable information
- Confirmation if you are CIS registered
- Anticipated annual spend
- Blank void paying in slip or cheque, or bank statement dated in
the last six months
Director and Personal Details:
- Confirmation of whether you are a director
